The rooms with kitchette # 4 as well as the bedroom were a nice size and bright. The staff was very friendly and absolutely friendly at all levels. The location was excellent, at a moderate distance from a miniature golf course.

The pool area is very clean too. Perfect and neat units with livingroom, bedroom, as for instance. Really helpful and affable staff all over the place. Convenient and absolutely perfect location when travelling to Old Orchard Beach.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

The location was excellent - next to Palace Amusement park as well as all attractions. I stayed in a nice size and bright room with bedroom, basics, a king bed as expected.

Liked my 3 nights stay. The staff was attentive on arrival and throughout my enjoyable stay. Overall it was a nice size and bright for basics. A fridge, a microwave and an air conditioning were appreciated. The location of the hotel was comfortable and absolutely perfect, to beach area.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our weekend getaway. It was conveniently close to all the attractions and we could easily walk to the sights. The hotel also had a trolley stop right outside, which was great for when we didn't feel like walking. The room was clean and comfortable, providing us with a cozy stay. We also enjoyed the friendly service from the staff.
The hotel could use some updating. The rooms felt a little outdated and the beds were not the most comfortable.
